Gen AI Engineer (W2)

Technical Skills: Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). In-depth knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques, including language modelling, text classification, and information extraction. Experience with hugging face, knowledge of model compression techniques ( pruning, quantization, distillation) Familiarity with different LLM architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5). Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation. Domain Expertise: Understanding the Telecom domain is a plus Ability to identify relevant data sources and interpret domain-specific terminology.
