What You’ll Do:

Complete MDS assessments accurately and timely

Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for care planning

Monitor resident progress and quality outcomes

Provide guidance and support to nursing staff

What We’re Looking For:

Registered Nurse (RN) license in NY (Required)

MDS experience in a long-term care setting (Preferred)

Strong understanding of Medicare/Medicaid regulations

Excellent attention to detail and assessment skills

A team player with a passion for resident care
