Senior Contracts Manager

for Life Science and Industrial Manufacturing projects. Job Description Manage cross-functional interfaces with Project Management, Procurement, Engineering, Construction, Project Controls, Quality, HSE, Finance, and Joint Venture Partners to ensure seamless project execution. Lead the development and execution of contract management strategies, including RFP development, contractor negotiations, change management, claims mitigation, and project close-out activities. Direct all aspects of contracts management, from strategy formulation to post-award and close-out, ensuring compliance with corporate and project policies and procedures. Conduct senior-level claim reviews, evaluations, and settlements, ensuring timely and effective resolution of disputes. Supervise and mentor contracts management personnel, providing guidance and support for effective contract execution and issue resolution. Oversee the preparation of high-quality RFP packages, including technical and commercial evaluations, and support proposal development for EPC projects. Implement risk mitigation strategies, enforce warranties, and ensure the quality of contract management practices, while managing budgets and resource allocation for individual contracts. Qualifications Experience managing EPCM and Construction Management contracts from negotiation through close out for large pharmaceutical, industrial or other highly technical projects. Comprehensive knowledge of construction-related processes, as well as a thorough knowledge of industry practices. Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with multiple tasks required to be developed simultaneously. Knowledge and expertise in writing and understanding contracts language. Superior analytical thinking and decision-making skills. Leadership, team building and delegation abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
