The Executive Assistant to the President plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the President's office. This dynamic position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for optimizing the President's time by efficiently managing schedules, travel, communications, and priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Calendar & Travel Management: Proactively manage complex executive calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate domestic/international travel with precision.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the executive’s internal and external network, including C-suite leaders, Board members, investors, customers, and senior partners.
Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants across the Group internationally to align schedules, resolve conflicts, and ensure cohesive support for cross-functional initiatives.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance communication efficiency and represent the executive’s office with professionalism.
Organize high-level executive meetings, offsites, and board presentations, including agenda preparation, logistic planning, material distribution, and follow-up.
Monitor and process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation related to the President’s activities.
Project Support: Assist with ad-hoc projects, presentations, and reports, often involving cross-functional collaboration and tight deadlines.
Navigate last-minute changes, troubleshoot conflicts, and act as a strategic partner to enhance the executive’s productivity.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area is required.
Minimum of 5-8 years as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives in a CPG or a related fast-paced industry with a global presence.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint), MS Teams, and virtual collaboration tools.
Organizational and time-management skills. LANGUAGE SKILLS
~ The individual must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese. Cantonese is a plus.
