~ Provide administrative support and assistance to 2 Senior Level Executives as well as their teams.
Manage calendar and travel across multiple time zone with last minute changes.
Responsible for all travel arrangements, including domestic and international flights, VISAS, hotels and ground transportation.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
Assist in planning team offsites and events.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Financial services and/or Private equity strongly preferred
Proficiency in MS Office, Concur, and Travel booking software
Excellent writing skills
Must have supported a team in an administrative capacity
