The Role: As a CDL Driver Recruiter, you will be the driving force behind our recruitment efforts. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talented CDL drivers who are ready to hit the road. Your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels.Conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess driver qualifications and fit.Managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.Building and maintaining strong relationships with drivers to ensure their satisfaction and retention.Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment strategies.What We Offer:
