Recruit, screen, interview & hire qualified applicants as per Boasso Global Driver Hiring guidelines while improving driver retention & safety standards.**Essential Functions:*** Screen, pre-qualify and order preliminary report on drivers to ensure that only the best candidates are considered for hire* Communicate with the Driver Recruiting Processor* Review Driver Demand Spreadsheet to determine needs by terminal and together with the customer (terminal management) develop recruiting plan (desired capacity, advertising budget and plan)* Communicate with Terminal Managers to provide updates & set up interviews.**Skills and knowledge required:*** HS Diploma, 4 year degree preferred* 2 Yrs.
