We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join DCI's team as an Analyst specializing in customer Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) implementations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving successful EDI projects from inception to completion and will interface between our customers and company stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:Conduct thorough analysis of customer requirements and business processes to identify EDI integration needs and opportunities for optimization.Collaborate with customers to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with EDI best practices and industry standards.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and EDI mapping specifications, facilitating smooth communication between business and technical teams.Analyze EDI transactions and workflows to identify areas for improvement, recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

EDI Implementation:Design, develop, and maintain EDI mappings, processes, and workflows using EDI tools and softwareMeet the specific needs of each customer, leveraging your expertise in EDI standards and communication protocols.Collaborate closely with internal development teams to customize EDI mappings, document trading partner agreements, and configure EDI translation software.Conduct thorough testing of EDI implementations, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and adherence to customer requirements.Provide hands-on support during go-live and post-implementation phases, resolving any technical issues or discrepancies to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.In-depth knowledge of EDI standards and protocols, including ANSI X12, AS2, EDIFACT and experience with SFTP, XML and JSON.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Familiarity with Python, .NET, or other scripting languages.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with project management tools/software (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project) preferred.DCI Benefits:
