The Program Coordinator of Wraparound Intensive Services, under the supervision of the Division Director and Assistant Director Intensive Services, will be providing guidance, support and leadership to the Wraparound Intensive Services team and will directly supervise 6 non-clinical staff, 3 Parent Partners and 3 Facilitators.
The Program Coordinator of Wraparound Intensive Services will be responsible for some aspects of the program's budget, revenue, and ensuring the program adheres and maintains necessary slot allocations. With an open-door policy, the Program Coordinator of Wraparound Intensive Services will work in a collaborative process with all team members. Using consistent tact and judgment, this position will require ongoing interactions with the Department of Mental Health, Department of Child and Family Services, Probation, and other key stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES : Serves as a representative of the management team. Conducts field supervision to ensure quality of care and provide feedback as needed. Maintains an open-door and transparent management style. Ensures a high standard of program effectiveness, and is responsible for the maximization of contracts and implementation of Policy and Procedures. Manages service delivery activities and ensures delivery of services in accordance with the County's expectations. Monitors the completion of all performance indicators and utilizes data to inform next steps. Serves as a representative in both internal and external stakeholders meetings. Consistently uses electronics and multiple electronic based systems. Partners in representing the organization, and it's vision and mission in community events. Works flexible and non-traditional hours on a regular basis. Participates in trainings and meetings as assigned. Shares the on-call 24/7 after hours phone. Forms a productive partnership with all networks to ensure stabilization and family wellness. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : Minimum of a master's degree or equivalent; MSW, MA, Ph.D., PsyD, or MS. Must be licensed and meet all the requirements of the respective licensing board. Must possess and maintain a valid CA license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and/or or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent. Management experience and experience providing mental health services in a community setting is preferred. Must possess and maintain a valid CA driver's license and insurable driving record that meets Wellnest's insurance carrier's criteria for liability coverage.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT : Employee may be asked to pursue additional training when it is determined to be in the best interest of the Company. Employee must have the ability to use a personal vehicle with the required insurance coverage to complete the essential duties of their job and conduct agency business. In keeping with Company policy for all employees, the successful applicant must also complete a test for TB, and fingerprint clearance by the Department of Justice. Proof that you will be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by your employment start date. Per the CDC and Department of Public Health, individuals are considered fully vaccinated for COVID-19: two weeks or more after they have received the second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna or vaccine authorized by the World Health Organization), or two weeks or more after they have received a single-dose vaccine (Johnson and Johnson [J&J]/Janssen). The Company will provide exemptions in accordance with applicable law.
WORKING CONDITIONS : Employee regularly works out in the field and in an office environment. Employee may be required to work flexible, evening and/or weekend hours for time-sensitive projects.

Able to use telephone, office copier, calculator, fax machine, computer printer and scanner, or other equipment as required.
