Staffing Coordinator - Child Care Center: Full Time, Days

****Job Description?****The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating schedules of staff and children to ensure compliance with Missouri Department of Education, Office of Childhood. Provides clerical support to personnel and supervisors.Serves as first point of contact for visitors and families. Greets everyone and provides direction as needed. Answers phone and email in a timely manner. Maintains knowledge of all plans to facilitate staffing of classrooms and ensure efficient use of resources. Monitors and enters data into child registration computer program. Reports the needs for repairs or facility upgrades to appropriate departments. Competent to stand in as classroom teacher in extenuating circumstances. Communicates clearly and courteous with employees, children, parents and visitors. Recognizes signs of child abuse and reports to supervisors.
