The Surgical Technologist works within the organizational structure of the Operating Room to assist in the delivery of direct primary care to the patient experiencing surgical intervention. Primary function is to assist with surgical procedures. Must be motivated and show initiative, and be able to work independently. The Surgical Technologist will cover call shifts and occasional night shift vacancies.This person will be required to take call and have BLS certification. A thorough understanding of Sterile Processing and Surgical Technologist skills in an acute care operating room is essential.
This is a part-time night position.
The surgical tech will be responsible for scrubbing multiple surgical specialties.Job Requirements
