Description
SUMMARY
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overall facility management with emphasis on RV rental operations and retail sales of vehicles retired from the fleet. Other tasks include managing service operations and hiring and administration of store staff. The manager is responsible for meeting revenue goals for rentals and sales within a team environment and administering the requirements of Cruise America's customers and employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following: Deliver courteous, personalized service every day, striving to exceed customer expectations. Possess a true "hands-on" commitment in providing excellent customer service, from cleaning, renting and demonstrating RVs to selling used vehicles retired from the fleet. Maintain a clean and organized facility inside and out. Vehicle inventory control. Sales management. Rental management. Risk management. Employee supervision, training and general operations. Hire, train, motivate and administer to RV mechanics, rental agents, vehicle cleaners and sales professionals. Process payroll. Oversee the scheduling of daily work flow. Meet all quality standards within established guidelines. COMPETENCIES

Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university; or prior related work experience; or equivalent
combination of education and experience required.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The
employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and use hands to handle, feel, or type. The employee
must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include
close vision and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
The working conditions are normal for a retail environment. Work may require travel, overnight travel
and weekend or evening work.
