We are committed to providing a culture of safety and technical expertise as a way of setting the standard of excellence in the power industry.We care about our employees and offer a generous benefits package including:Competitive payPaid Time OffPaid short term and long term disabilityMedical, vision, and dental benefits401kHealth Savings AccountTuition ReimbursementJob Purpose:The Office Administrator will be responsible for assisting in the execution of projects in the respective region.Responsibilities:Promote company culture and manage internal and external relationshipsAssist in status reporting, invoicing, accounts receivable and unbilled for all projectsCollaborate with project design teams and project managerDevelop & maintain schedules, participate in proposal preparation and design review meetings as requested.Provide document management and project record keeping including but not limited to data entry of time sheets, all aspects of billing, report generation, preparation and distribution of invoices, add & maintain jobs in accounting programs, tracking of accounts receivables.Assist the technicians assigned to the office as requested.Coordinate the preparation and submission of reports.Review expenses and maintain accurate documentation of expense reportsGreet visitors and answer front doorManage office supplies/inventory levels and receive shipmentsPrinting, copying, scanning, and faxing as requiredAlways maintain a professional attitudeOther duties as assignedQualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited university OR an associate degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in the electric power and communications industryRelevant experience includes contract development and management for small- to medium-scale projectsKnowledge and experience with project management processes and tools requiredProficiency with the MS Office suite of softwareExperience in project management controls preferredExceptional organizational skills and detail orientedStrong writing and editing skills desired.EPS in an equal opportunity employer.
