Marketing Specialist

Xoran Technologies is looking to fill a Marketing Specialist role, a key position on our marketing and sales team. The primary focus of this role is to assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and coordinate trade shows and other professional meetings. This full-time position is located in our Ann Arbor, MI office.
Responsibilities
Design Marketing and Sales materials consistent with Xoran's brand guidelines and organizational goals.Manage meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establish contacts, develop schedules and assignments, coordinate logistics including shipping of materials and invitations to Xoran shows and related events.
Provide training and assistance with the execution and setup of tradeshows and engagements.
Oversee Xoran's brand guidelines and ensure they are relevant and reflective of current markets and product lines.Manage promotional, sales, brand, customer, and marketing materials for use; inventory stock; place orders; and verify receipts.Manage the Marketing, Sales, and Distributor SharePoint sites, overseeing file management, currency of files, ensuring clear organizational structure, and archiving files as needed.Report marketing data and campaign results and suggest improvements.
Qualifications/Requirements
Self-starter, able to work independently and take initiative, as well as part of a high-functioning, fast paced team.Strong creative skills with the ability to communicate creative ideas effectively.Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Strong team player who works to make the entire team successful; not bound by strict role description, embraces responsibility shifts and evolution.Willingness to occasionally work outside of work hours and on weekends. Some domestic travel is required, up to 25%.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or related field required.Minimum of two (2) years' demonstrated marketing experience.Minimum of one (1) year experience managing and/or coordinating industry tradeshows or events.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Salesforce, MailChimp, WordPress, SharePoint, and the MS Office suite.Experience creating graphic designs for marketing and advertising campaigns on traditional and digital platforms.Experience using digital and social media and content creation for corporate brand awareness and engagement.Medical device industry experience a plus
