Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per annumWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR-related tasks, including the generation of offer letters, terminations, and new hire packets with insurance and benefits.Key Responsibilities:Generate offer letters and terminations for employeesPrepare new hire packets, including insurance and benefits informationManage and maintain HR-related documentation and recordsSupport HR initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement and recognition programsAssist with employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR investigationsPartner with other HR team members and business leaders to provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and practicesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field1+ years of experience in HR or a related fieldStrong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practicesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectivelyStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsIf you are a results-driven HR professional with a passion for helping people, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
