Position Type: Full- Time
Essential Functions:
Collaborate with teams to understand business strategies, vision, and prioritize business capabilities, and assess business and related technical solutions
Assist Product Owner with stakeholder engagement sessions/workshops to elicit and document business and technical requirements
Analyzes gaps in requirements and solution capabilities, and works with Product Owner to propose solutions to close gaps
Assist in capturing epics, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases etc.
Troubleshoot software application issues and present solutions
Assist with the development of software training materials
Support/provide training and product demonstrations to current and new stakeholder communities
Other duties as assigned or required
Qualifications and Experience:
Required:
2+ years’ web application development or troubleshooting/testing experience
Exceptional analytical, writing, and communication skills
Business proficiency in developing and presenting technical information, and presentations to non-technical audiences
Strong attention to detail, well organized and ability to self-prioritize multiple activities
Experience working in a client-facing environment focused on supporting technology-based projects
Experience using Application Lifecycle Management tools (Jira, TFS, Azure)
Desired:
Experience providing requirements gathering and analysis highly desired
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
Agile Product Owner Certification, a plus
Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
Education:
BS or BA degree in a Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering, Business, or Mathematics preferred.
