Role Summary
As a Senior Manager of the Rivian Collision Repair team, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, growth, and execution of Rivian's North American Collision Repair Networks. While leading a large team, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the quality and efficiency of Rivian's collision repair networks. The Senior Manager of the Rivian Collision Repair team will also monitor and report on key performance indicators, identify and resolve issues, and provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Rivian's Collision Repair Network in North America using data and performance results
Lead a collaborative & dynamic team, of approximately 20 members, who work across North America
Lead 3 separate teams who develop, support, and performance manage the external Network Partners
Lead, mentor, develop, and guide leaders of various experience and skill within the North American Networks
Resolve internal obstacles within the separate program channels and with cross-functional departments, by providing clear and collaborative solutions
Drive team leaders with strong, clear, and achievable goals and targets that align to overall program growth
Must be able to drive collaboration with many different internal stakeholders to achieve overall company goals
Differentiate between internal and external direct partner needs and take lead with other Rivian business partners to successfully communicate and achieve development needs for the overall success of the Networks
Review the current trends and challenges in the collision industry to understand the needs of all internal stakeholders and customers
Utilize the ITAS software platform to monitor and optimize network performance and individual center compliance
Develop, assess, communicate, and administer programs and processes aligned with Rivian's objectives
Partnering directly with Fleet customers while managing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services and repair of our vehicles
Collaborate on projects and initiatives that involve Service Engineering, Service Operations, Legal, Marketing, IT, and Parts Organizations
Create and maintain relationships with 3rd party collision vendors that support all facets of supporting our collision centers with the repairing of our vehicles
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, growth, and customer satisfaction metrics
Represent Rivian Collision Repair Networks at trade shows and conferences
Lead recruiting and certification of qualified 3rd Party repairers to the various collision repair programs
Build relationships with the Insurance Industry and communicate Rivian's standards and benefits
Qualifications
10+ years' experience in the collision repair industry, can be a combination of industry segments, i.e. :
Collision Center Operations (Independent or MSO)
Automotive Insurance Claims
Collision Repair Tooling Companies
Collision Repair Software Companies
Automotive OEM Service Organizations
