Responsibilities :Estimation Expertise: Provide accurate estimates for test efforts, ensuring project timelines are met with precision.UAT Excellence: Play a crucial role in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, offering valuable assistance to guarantee top-notch software performance.Efficient Testing Meetings: Facilitate testing meetings with finesse, summarizing results, and reporting issues/defects effectively. Maintain metrics to enhance the overall testing process.Deployment Management: Oversee seamless deployments into Test and UAT environments, ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders.Data-Driven QA: Manage and produce QA metrics, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement in our testing processes.Leadership Skills: Effectively manage and lead the QA team, participating in agile teams, reviewing and clarifying requirements, and ensuring automation of test scripts for smoke and regression testing using Selenium and C#.Traceability and Defect Resolution: Ensure traceability of Test Cases to User Stories and meticulously log and track defects through to resolution.Requirements :
Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, demonstrating your ability to guide and inspire a team.ERP Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems experience.QA Prowess: Minimum of 5 years of QA testing experience, showcasing your depth of expertise in quality assurance.Tech Savvy: Experience with Azure DevOps and familiarity with SOX (Sarbanes Oxley Act) will be highly regarded.Diverse Testing Experience: Strong web testing experience (Angular), APIs, UI/UX, and well-versed in testing methods.Agile Enthusiast: Experience with Agile Methodology, bringing adaptability and efficiency to our processes.Analytical Skills: Knowledge of SQL scripting background is a plus, demonstrating your analytical prowess.Detail-Oriented: Known for your attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Communication Expertise: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex testing concepts.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment, adapting to evolving project requirements.Collaborative Spirit: Strong collaboration skills to foster a cooperative and productive team environment.Automation Skills: Experience with Automated Testing Tools is a plus, particularly with Selenium and Visual Studios.
