QA Lead (ERP and Systems of Record Applications)Location: Remote
Will supervise team of about 10 onshore and offshore QA Analysts
Responsibilities• Provide estimates for test effort• Assist in UAT testing phase• Facilitate testing meetings, summarize results, issue/defect reporting, maintain metrics and provide go/no go recommendation• Manage deployments into Test and UAT environments• Manage and produce QA metrics• Manage QA team members with the responsibilities of:• Participate on an agile team• Review requirements and clarify requirements• Automate test scripts for smoke and regression testing using Selenium and C#• Generate test data for short and long term application needs• Ensure traceability of Test Cases to User Stories• Log and track defects through to resolution
Requirements:• Minimum of 3 years of Lead experience• Minimum of 3 years ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems experience• Minimum of 5 years of QA testing experience• Experience with Azure DevOps is preferred• Experience with SOX (Sarbanes Oxley Act) is preferred• Strong web testing experience (Angular), APIs, UI/UX• Well-versed in testing methods• Experience with Agile Methodology• Knowledge of SQL scripting background a plus• Detail oriented and a problem solver• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment• Strong collaboration skills• Experience with Automated Testing Tools is a plus: Selenium, Visual Studios
