Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and support our ERP projects, as well as contribute to other IT initiatives within our organization. As the ERP Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of ERP projects, while also providing valuable project management expertise to a range of IT projects. Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for ERP and other IT projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and requirements for ERP and other IT projects.

3. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.

4. Resource Planning: Work closely with team leads to allocate resources appropriately, ensuring optimal utilization of skills and expertise for both ERP and other IT projects.

5. Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes for ERP and IT projects, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and project requirements.

6. Risk Management: Identify and proactively manage risks associated with ERP and IT projects, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

7. Budget Management: Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness while delivering high-quality results.

8. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and lessons learned for future reference.

9. Cross-OpCo Coordination: Host regular coordination meetings leveraging DEVOPS tools to ensure cohesive collaboration among operating companies, emphasizing the importance of real-time data updates to enhance communication, streamline processes, and drive synergies across the organization.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.2. Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on ERP implementations and support for other IT projects.3. Strong understanding of ERP systems, modules, and project management methodologies.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.5. Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Coins, or Microsoft Dynamics.6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.7. Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
