Two Barrels is hiring for a Desktop Support position to support our Post Falls, ID office. This is a full time, M-F "Office Only" position with company benefits.
Do you enjoy interacting with individuals on a daily basis and enjoy geeking out on network devices/systems? If yes, the Desktop Support opening would be the perfect fit for you! This position will be the first point of contact for incoming questions and issues related to our computers and their systems. You will also troubleshoot problem areas for our in-office staff, and our remote staff in a timely and accurate fashion to provide end-user resolution.Location:Post Falls, ID
Duration:Full Time
Wage:$21.50 + $2/hr
Responsibilities:Provide end-user assistance for both in office and remote employeesTroubleshoot technical problems, both software and hardwareSetting up new employee equipmentContinuous learning of all things ITTracking inventoryInstall, diagnose, repair, maintain, upgrade hardware and software systemsRunning cablesMinimum Qualifications:Passion for ITEager to learn, not afraid to ask questionsHigh interpersonal skills, super personableHighly organizedAbility to communicate well verbally and writtenHighly motivated and great customer servicePreferred Qualifications:Experience in a desktop support role or similar positionExperience with network devices preferredExperience working with LinuxWhy you might like this job:
