Because of Ampler's continued growth, we seek to add (1) Operations Treasury Analyst to our team.

Job Summary:
The Operations Treasury Analyst will support the Treasury team with daily reconciliations of cash and credit card activity, assist with payment processing, aid in the management of the cash flow forecast, and establish and maintain merchant accounts for each entity. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a self-starter, organized, and possess some knowledge of banking activities and merchant processing.
Role Partnership and Accountabilities:Reconcile all banking activities related to cash and credit card deposits daily.Produce and distribute reporting on all outstanding cash deposits daily.Partner with the operations team to research any outstanding deposits.Process ACH files provided by Accounts Payable.Process Positive Pay files provided Accounts Payable.Assist with the monthly closing process including ensuring all bank accounts and General Ledger accounts are in balance.Assist Controllers with documentation or verification for certain bank transactions.Assist with cash flow forecast management, maintenance, and reconciliation.Establish and maintain credit card merchant accounts.Act as banking liaison with multiple banking partners and assist with any banking requests.Perform all other ad-hoc duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization.Developing our internal treasury management system for bank account maintenance and utilization for reporting and cash positioning.Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University, preferably in Business or related field is preferred1+ years of experience in treasury, banking, or accounting operationsFinancial services or securities industry experience is a plusQuantitative analysis and problem-solving skills (advanced Excel)Must possess superior client service and communication skillsStrong problem-solving and attention to detail
