IT Support Technician 1

Position may be assigned to any Atlantic Health facility, and hours may be modified at the discretion of Information Technology Management as necessary to provide 24/7 customer support. Ability to lift 40 pounds consistently. Uphold our commitment to customer service excellence, acting as an ambassador of the department in a professional manner. Works under indirect supervision, may escalate as required. Inventory management via approved software and technology. Respond to requests for technical assistance, providing first level technical support and timely resolution or escalation. Respond to all email, phone calls and service assignments in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned.

Skills: Prior application and/or technical support preferred 1+ year prior application and/or technical support preferred Technical Certification required A+, or MCP or MCITP or HDI Desktop Support Technician, Technical Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred Prior application and/or technical support preferred.

Education: Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology preferred. Technical Certification required A+, or MCP or MCITP or HDI Desktop Support Technician, Technical Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred Technical Certification, Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology preferred.

Schedule Notes: 7:30am-5:30.
