BUSINESS SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE - LOAN SERVICING DEPARTMENT

Essential Responsibilities:

Receiving, processing, balancing and posting of loan payments.Responsible for daily Return items and processing of ACH and E-Oscar payments. (ACDV)Preparing and recording satisfaction of mortgage as well as UCC3 on paid-off loans.Prepare Estoppel letters and loan maintenance requests.Responsible for data entries of loan maintenance, loan corrections, changes on mailing addresses as requested by borrowers.Post and send wires, take ACH payments over the phone for current loans, post ACH payments for collection department, set up recurring ACH.Prepare, post remittance of payments received from Puerto Rico loans and send a wire with the weekly payments.Customer service with these loans.Weekly system update and verification of several interest rate indexes.Prepare register report on new titles and contracts received.Assist with inquiries and payoff/updates of auto loans.Verification of coupon books produced by the printing company.In charge of the branch capture entries made by Loan Servicing or other operational departments.Serves as back up to data entry of new loans, using input form provided by the closing department as well as posting funded transactions, non-posted items, return checks, payoff, and stop letters, also this position serves as back up of filling clerk's vacation.Serves as back up as needed for credit report disputes and E-Oscars.Prepare register of titles releases and contractsSend paid out documentation to satisfy liens to Tallahassee on paper titles. On electronic titles, release the title on ELT system.Responsible for verification of proper insurance coverage for condominiums and non-escrow loans. Obtain evidence of renewal policies.Assist and serve as back-up in providing PR for FHA loans with copies of recorded documents for initial certification.Provide original FHA documents required for GNMA final certification.According to department needs, will serve as back up for payment processing position and other positions within the department.Competencies:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar job is required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job is required.
