About the job Senior Technical Developer - Tampa Senior Technical Developer - Tampa Dallas or Tampa - Hybrid 3 days a week onsite. This is a 6 Month Contract - NO C2C -NO EXCEPTIONS The role is Contract to Hire, and the duration of the contract is through the end of year Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder. Responsibilities: ? Participate in requirements gathering with Product owners, business users and subject matter experts and come up with an elegant solution design adhering to best design patterns. ? Ability to create/generate high quality output/artifacts aligned to squads working agreements and Definition of Done ? Being a senior technical member of the team, should be able to contribute to development as well guide the team in ensuring code reviews are done diligently to maintain high standards of quality deliverables. ? Actively seek to learn other functional areas within the squad for shared ownership and resiliency. ? Understand and implement their tools and practices. ? Should actively collaborate with the business stakeholders, Infrastructure teams, support teams, technical SMEs and other project stakeholders during the application development and delivery. ?Talent Needed for Success: Strong work experience of 9 years in one or more Business Automation workflow tools (IBM Business Automation workflow/UiPath/Appian, etc) is a must. Knowledge of any Database skillset is a must. Exposure to Full stack development (Front-end/back-end: Javascript/Spingboot/Angular/React JS/Java, etc), Cloud/Container based hosting platforms are highly desirable. Should be a self-motivated individual with good problem solving and analytical skills. Strong technical aptitude and/or experience with ability and drive to understand and adapt to new technologies/ platforms. Ability to effectively communicate within and across squads within the company. Strong communication skills - able to provide a concise and clear explanation of current and future work items in context. Experience in Agile, CI/CD, DevOps practices and tools. Do you have a strong and demonstrated proficiency in one or more business automation workflow tools such as IBM Business Automation Workflow, UiPath, Appian, or similar platforms. This includes hands-on experience in designing and implementing automated business processes. 2. Do you have proficiency in full-stack development, encompassing both front-end and back-end technologies like JavaScript, Spring Boot, Angular, React JS, and Java. 3. Do you have experience with cloud-based hosting platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is essential for building scalable and resilient applications. 4. Do you have solid knowledge of database systems is a must. This includes expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing databases. 5. Do you have a proficiency in working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) 6. Do you have experience in Agile, CI/CD, DevOps practices and tools. 7.
