Pay ranges from $55.00 to $65.00 per visit

Responsibilities of the PT:
Collaborate with physicians to design a treatment and care plan that is specific to the client's needs and physician's report.
Evaluate muscle strength, mobility, gait, range of motion, and discomfort, then choose appropriate treatment and assistive equipment, training family/caregivers on how to utilize them.
Develop a physical therapy program and train additional staff, such as family members and caregivers, in specific phases of physical therapy so they may assist with client care.
Notify the DON and physician about the client's response to treatment and any changes in his or her health.
As needed, coordinate interventions with other caregivers while informing appropriate personnel and family members about intervention goals.
Prepare clinical and progress summaries, as well as discharge planning documents, and submit them to the DON.
Show kindness and respect to clients, their family, and your coworkers.
Requirements for PT:
Graduated from an American Physical Therapy Association-accredited physical therapy program.
Valid license in the state where the care is provided
Comply with the Physical Therapy Practice Act and other legal requirements in your state.
Comply with HIPAA regulations and safeguard client confidentiality.
