Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete accurate and high-quality social compliance audits around the United States.Ensure compliance with established internal controls by examining records, reports, operating practices and documentation and comparing to applicable laws and regulations.Prepare for upcoming audits by downloading and reading audit documents related to upcoming audits.Document and report the audit findings/observations via the Bath & Body Works Social Compliance audit tools.Completes audit documentation and findings for presentation to management, both internal and external.Comply with federal, state and local legal requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed action.Apply continuous improvement learnings from manager.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related assignments to improve compliance, as needed.Submit complete audit reports in a timely manner.Maintains professional and technical knowledge.OVERVIEW:

Purpose:

Responsible for auditing external U.S. domestic facilities in accordance with Bath & Body Works audit protocols for Social Compliance.Scope :

Under direction of Manager of Social Compliance, develop audit plans, document and report non-conformance(s), and recommend corrective action(s) when non-compliance(s) exist.Interfaces with external suppliers and internal cross-functional personnel, as needed.Reviews and verifies records, compliance with standards, policies and procedures for audit purposes.Coordinate travel schedule with direction from ManagerDetermine and establish audit plans for external audits.Compiles audit findings and communicates results and required actions with facility management.Support GMP-based audits, as needed.Desired Outcomes:

With direction, conduct external compliance audits to align with company standards and regulatory requirements.Monitor and facilitate corrective actions resulting from compliance audits.QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of five (5) years well rounded quality technical experience in regulated personal care, OTC drug or consumer products.Proven people leadership experience, superior analytical, administrative and influencing skills required.Previous Social Compliance auditing skills.Experience managing travel and adhering to budgets.EDUCATION:

B.S. in the communication or other technical related field.ASQ Quality Auditor Certification/ ISO Certified auditor a plus.APSCA credentials preferred.
