Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism subspecialtyOffice Hours Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm (34 face-to-face patient care hours a week for a 1.0 FTE) plus call once every 8-10 weeksMultidisciplinary care for the full range of diabetes and endocrine disordersCare for adolescents through adultsActive MI license and DEA ( or willing to obtain)Competitive salary, Relocation Assistance, Full-time benefit packageCompensation/Benefits:
