Summary: The Data Analyst performs analysis on relevant information from a variety of sources to prepare documents, reports, summaries and replies to inquiries, ensuring accuracy and proper format of the information provided. The Data Analyst support consists of Senior Data Analyst, Intermediate Data Analyst and Junior Data Analyst. The ideal individual will specifically be working with the General Ledger Unit. A financial background is preferred.

Work Description:

Participate in Ad hoc data projects and analyses that produce actionable recommendations that build relevant insights for internal and external stakeholders. Collect data and runs basic reports in response to client inquiries Work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure sound knowledge of client requirements to support development of best-in-class analytical solutions. Accurately enter required data into one or more databases, documents and/or spreadsheets. Able to prepare process and prepare general reconciliations, accounts payable, accurals and Senior Data Analyst Qualifications: The Senior Data Analyst shall have the following qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college with eight (8) year or more of data analysis experience. Educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has ten (10) or more years of experience. Five (5) years or more of Data Analytical experience on data management activities as well as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Access, and Adobe Acrobat. Competence to review, interpret, and evaluate complex legal and non-legal documents. Be well versed in software such as Momentum (financial system), R, Python, Power BI, and Power Apps. Expert level in MS Excel and Access.
