The company is seeking to hire a CNC Programmer with MasterCam background to create and modify 3,4, and 5 axis machines. The position offers an individual to use their full skill set to advance the interests of the company. Edit, set up, and operate CNC equipment to produce product according to print specifications; programming capabilities a plusTroubleshoot programs including speeds, feeds and toolingVerify and document in process work ordersEnsure quality product by using necessary measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers and pi tapesBasic maintenance on equipmentMeet production deadlines by following manufacturing schedule and proceduresRequirements
High school graduate with Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree (BSME) preferredMasterCam, Solidworks, and/or Autocad background to create and modify 3,4, and 5 axis CNC milling and turning machines3-4+ years experience with CNC and CAD/CAM programming softwareSolidWorks or AutoCad preferredKnowledge to design tooling, fixtures, and provide job quotingAdvanced written and oral communication skillsBlueprint Reading is a mustGood Organizational SkillsUS Citizenship
