As an integral member of this facility, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients while working within a new, state of the art facility with a supportive team.Status: W2 Benefit: Paid time off, CME allowance and paid time off, sick leave and 11 paid holidaysSchedule:Monday through Friday, 8 hours per dayHealth Center open 7am 8pm Monday FridayAdjustable start times 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 11amEach Provider works 1 day a week until closeClosed on all Federal HolidaysNo on-call responsibilitiesNot a productivity model - emphasis on wellness and preventionAbout the opportunity:Managing acute and chronic conditionsProviding care to the exclusive patient population of active Military, Military families and retireesWill be assigned a panel of 1365 patientsSupportive environment with Senior Physician & Nursing leadershipWorking as part of an interdisciplinary teamAccess to specialty services to include pediatrics, radiology, optometry, pharmacy and lab; all located in the same buildingAbout the facility:New facility - under 3 years oldState of the artRequirements:Any active state licenseBoard certification in Family or Internal MedicineAt least 2 years of experience outside of residency program completionActive BLS and ACLS certificationsActive DEA registrationProficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
