Regional Sales Manager Job Description

The Western Regional Manager (RM) is responsible for overseeing territory sales within the Western Region.

Qualified candidate needs to be located and reside in Southern California or Colorado Areas.

The RM drives strategic initiatives for growth within the Region and is responsible for developing and motivating Territory Sales Representatives to achieve performance goals. In addition, the RM will support a selected group of Key Accounts.

Responsibilities

Educate, train, develop and motivate Territory Sales Representatives to achieve performance goalsCommunicate and promote Nature's Plus core values and policiesConsistently communicate territory success/challenges with the VP of SalesIdentify and evaluate new market trends/opportunities within the RegionCollaborate w/ Key Accounts in Region to improve penetration of NP brandPartner w/ Sales Administration to coordinate Sales Rep recruitment effortsAttend National Sales Meetings and Manager's MeetingsRepresent Nature's Plus at industry eventsPerform other work related duties and special projects as assignedRequirements

Need to be located and reside in Southern California or Colorado areaMinimum 3-5 years of Sales ManagementProven track record in leading a sales team to produce positive resultsStrong work ethic, passion for driving salesAbility to engage, inspire, and influence othersEffective leadership and motivational skillsExcellent interpersonal, communication and sales presentation skillsResults driven, self-motivatedMust be able to travel up to 75%
