Your Position

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support and improve how our company attracts and selects new hires.

Talent Acquisition Coordinator responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to our recruiting team, crafting job descriptions, and maintaining databases with candidate information. If you are familiar with recruiting strategies, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing methods, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will help keep our hiring process smooth and ensure we recruit and retain high-performing employees.

ResponsibilitiesCraft, update, and post job descriptionsPrepare job offer details for HR departmentConduct compensation and benefits analyses for various rolesOrganize candidates’ data (i.e., resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databasesDesign candidate experience surveys and analyze feedbackCoordinate interviews and contact applicants, as neededPrepare reports on new hire metrics (i.e., time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requestsAssist with new hire onboardingCoordinate with colleges to post open jobs on the college job boards· Support multiple Recruiters in scheduling complex interviews while providing an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements and skills

Work experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar roleFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databasesBasic knowledge of labor legislationExperience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)Excellent organizational skillsSupport workplace culture and diversity.Professionalism, organization, and project management skills.Data-driven mindset, analytical, tenacity, resilience, and bias for actionAction oriented, hands-on; demonstrated experience in an innovative, fast-paced, performance-oriented environmentExceptional interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communicationLines of communication

This position will report directly to the Vice President of RecruitingWorking conditions

Full-Time – 40+ hours a week.Technology

Team members are expected to use the instruments and systems identified as efficient and effective methods to manage day-to-day operations in their role. We encourage feedback on new and emerging systems and/or instruments that may promote more efficiencies and better performance.

HIPAA

Team members are required to adhere to policies and procedures implementing HIPAA requirements for the privacy and security of protected health information. Team members are permitted to use and/or disclose only minimum amount of Protected Health Information necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Reports all suspected violation of company’s HIPAA policies or procedures to Human Resources.

Environmental Stewardship and Safety

All team members are responsible for preserving the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the facility. Team members are expected to keep work and common break spaces tidy and to adhere to infection control protocols and policies.Team members are expected to adhere to facility safety requirements, report unsafe practices or equipment, and, if applicable, use the appropriate protective equipment as needed.Depending on role, and during the daily course of duties, team members may have to lift, twist, pull or push. Team members must be able to manage these activities up to 60 lbs.Any accident or incident must be reported immediately to a member of management for proper recording.Candidates must meet the company’s hiring criteria to include a pre-employment background investigation and drug test.
