QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or relevant IT certifications5+ years of current experience desired, but not required in network administration of a medium sized network of servers, desktop systems, and communications devices using current technology.Willingness and aptitude to learn any of the below skills. Existing knowledge and skills are a plus.Windows Server, Active Directory, and Workstation managementLinux server managementCisco switch managementHyper-V and VMware hypervisor managementSolid understanding of coding logic to reverse engineer BASH (Linux)/ Batch (Windows)/Python scripts and create scripts to accomplish network administrative tasks.Solid troubleshooting and team working skillsTechnical writing skills to document developed policies and procedures.Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously.Ability to manage projects from conception to completion with little to no support.High levels of personal accountability; an ability to be responsible for your own actions.RESPONSIBILITIES

- HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE VISION

include the following, but are not limited to:

Network administration (including backup, recovery testing, e-mail systems including e-mail web server, internet access, office systems, applications support, VOIP phone system management, shipping systems management).Support server, network and desktop hardware, software and applications.Roll out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources.Manage small to medium sized projects according to agreed upon budgets and schedules.Assists with technology planning through ongoing research.Provide Tier 2 technical support for Fait end customers, internal staff, and sales repsProvide Tier 1 technical support for Fait owned eye clinics throughout SE Wisconsin including onsite visits.Maintain and develop server virtualization environments and virtual serversFirewall and VPN managementMaintain, critique, and further develop and implement security, change control, patch management, compliance, incident response, and access control policies and procedures.Perform regular vulnerability assessments on Fait's networks and remediate any found vulnerabilities.Regularly test, critique, and develop further Disaster Recovery plans.Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.Report to and coordinate projects with CTO.Deal with outside vendors to accomplish any of the above tasks.Weekly onsite responsibilities as this is a hybrid position.Work as a team with all functional work areas.INDICATORS OF PERFORMANCE

IMPROVING THE SYSTEM

All Fait Associates are responsible for documenting and fixing problems within the system. In addition, this role is responsible for improvement project participation, planning, communicating and implementing solutions where possible.

PERSONAL IMPROVEMENT

Fait will provide resources and support, relevant to the position, for education and training as needed. It is the Associate's responsibility to seek approval, schedule and participate in education and/or training that will prepare him/her for present and future needs. A post training recap may be required
