This is a permanent opportunity with excellent benefits and a generous PTO program.Who : strong stable companyWhat : Senior Cost AccountantWhen : Immediate NeedWhere : South AtlantaWhy : Newly created position due to growthSalary : Up to $85k plus excellent benefits and a generous PTO program.Duties:You will assist with month-end closeCosting of labor, materials, and shipping.You will be responsible for Bank & Treasury Activity (Making wire payments, clearing checks, bank reconciliations, etc.)You will be the primary contact for A/P-related activities: invoice entry, questions from vendors, etc.)You will oversee A/R Clerk by providing support on heavy cash collection days and directional support when questions arise.Requirements:BA Degree in Accounting or Finance3+ years of experienceExperience working in a high-volume setting (many vendors, many customers)Cost accounting experience requiredQuickBooks is a plus but not required
