Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Conduct thorough PT evaluations for varying populations and varying disorders while utilizing both formal measures and informal measures aligned with evidence based practices, industry guidelines and standards of practicesExecute individual treatment plans for clients using evidence based practicesRegularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to determine effectiveness of treatment, progression towards goals and projected discharge datesComplete SOAP Notes, progress summaries and care plans within the EHR in a timely mannerEducate and train families about various PT techniques and strategiesSupervise up to two (2) PTAs in compliance with current CA Board standardsCollaborative with a multidisciplinary team of clinical and administrative staff to ensure clients are receiving quality services and goals are being metOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications
Masters degree or DPT degree from accredited universityCurrent and unrestricted licensure by the Board to work in the State of CABenefits
