St. Lukes is also a Magnet hospital for nursing excellence.Established team of 5 physicians and 3 Advanced PractitionersEstablished practice serving the Marion communityOpportunity to practice outpatient medicine in an established and well-known clinicOnsite X-ray (imaging services), digital mammography, Lab (Medlabs), and outpatient physical and occupational therapy.Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferencesExperienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the communityPosition FTE is negotiable, .5 FTE and above, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access24/7 hospitalist program is responsible for adult and pediatric inpatientsFully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordinationResponsibilities:
No nights or weekendsShared call amongst the providers. Triaged through MyNurseAbility to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serveGeneral family medicine procedures such as joint injections, skin excisions, lacerations, casting, etc.Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient carePatient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environmentExcellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skillsQualifications:
