Automation Project Manager
to join our team. Working together for a sustainable future we assist clients in various industries, including water, wastewater, food and beverage, transportation, private utilities, municipal, industrial, and chemical.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Applied Engineering with a Controls concentration, or Electronics Engineering, with 3 to 5 years of professional experienceP.E. license preferredExperience in the water and wastewater industry and consulting engineering is a plusKnowledge of hydraulic (water) and pneumatic controls is a plusDemonstrated experience managing project cost/budget, scope, schedule, and resources, overseeing formal planning, tracking, and reporting project performanceApplicable knowledge of the UL 508a Code and NEMA Standards, and working knowledge of 480VAC, 240VAC, 120VAC, and 24VDC circuitry, including both Digital and Analog circuitryStrong leadership skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasksAbility to communicate with, and have a basic understanding of, multiple engineering disciplines including civil, mechanical, plumbing, and HVACExcellent communication, interpersonal, time management and problem solving skillsProject Manager Requirements:Work with new and current clients to develop projects suited to their needsDevelop proposals and cost estimates for automated systemsHave full responsibility for all phases of projects including budget, costs, labor and material resources, and implementationMaintain project schedules and ensure project deliverables are met by all members of the project teamApply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices, and function in a lead engineering role for segments of projects including preparation of required design plans, specifications, and reportsProvide onsite engineering support, including regular site visitsCreate new business opportunitiesPhysical Requirements:Safely and effectively lift, carry, and move objects of varying weights.Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, climbing, balancing, standing, and walking, for extended periods and maintain the necessary physical dexterity and coordination.Work in various environmental conditions, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, weather, and noise levels.Process Management
