is responsible for

direct
inpatient/outpatient on call weekend
care to
Nephrology
patients
at
U
H
ealth
Locations

Staff physician will be engaged in teaching and evaluation of
Nephrology
fellows as
appropriate
.
Position will be paid at
$
36
per
rvu
generated.Qualifications:MD Degree and ACGME
US
internal medicine internship
and residency
Valid American Board Certification in
Nephrology
(or board eligible)
Valid unrestricted Florida Medic
al License
Kn
owledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of and ability to apply professional medical principles,
procedures,
and techniques.
Must
maintain
CME to meet institutional a
nd state licensing
requirements.
Must have excellent clinical knowledge and experience to
provide
safe and quality care to patients and meet
institutional standards of
care
Current BLS certification required
.
Valid DEA licensure
if required by credentialing
