In collaboration with the Professional Skills Course Directors, this position is responsible for facilitating learning and development of professional skills within the pre-clinical curriculum. For more information about working at the University of Arizona and relocation services, please .**Duties & Responsibilities*** Tracks student growth and progress in developing effective communication skills to build relationship-centered partnerships with peers, including analyzing learning needs and development* Works collaboratively to develop curricula, materials, and programs to develop student's skills in emotional literacy, social intelligence, cultural humility, culturally responsive communication and relationship building, and self-reflective learning processes and practice* Coordinates and supports TBL development, serving as onsite resource and coach* Provides written and oral feedback to students during individual coaching meetings, in small groups, and during in-group sessions* Participates in and contributes to research and publications on effectiveness and learning within the Team Based Learning curriculum* Co-teaches within the TBL Development sessions* Supports development of graduate students* Other duties as assigned**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*** Ability to develop an inclusive, open and positive learning environment.
