Job Description:

HR Coordinator needs human resources experience

HR Coordinator requires:

• Strong proficiency with the MS Office suite

High School diploma required, Associate degree a plus

• Knowledge of I-9 completion and requirements

• HR/Recruiting experience • Strong oral and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage key tasks of role

• Maintaining accuracy in detail-oriented processes

HR Coordinator duties:

Create, Gather, Review, analyze and audit new hire paperwork, including I-9's, E-Verify and retention of employment eligibility forms and submit to Shared Services

• Pre-employment documentation and paperwork

• Send candidate and employee communications (welcome email)

• Initiate new hire on-boarding module

• Send benefits enrollment emails

• Assist with creating, filing, printing and maintaining personnel files • Maintain an efficient filing system to facilitate updating and retrieving files

• Schedule candidate interviews

• Post positions via Smart Recruiter

• Phone screening entry level and hourly positions

• Generate offer letters

• Submit Drug and Background requests and monitor completion
