Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Human Resources Coordinator at LVMH Beauty, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions to ensure the smooth and effective operation of our human resources processes. The successful candidate will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Support:Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Assist in the development and posting of job advertisements.Conduct initial candidate screenings.

Onboarding:Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.Prepare new employee orientation materials.Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.

Employee Relations:Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely and effective resolutions.Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.

HR Administration:Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.Prepare and distribute HR-related correspondence.Assist in benefits administration and enrollment processes.

Compliance:Stay informed about HR laws and regulations.Assist in ensuring company compliance with HR policies and procedures.

QualificationsPrevious experience in HR or related administrative roles is a plus.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
