EXCITING OPPORTUNITY: TEMP TO PERM!! A client of ours, a leading manufacturing company, is looking for an

HR Coordinator

to join their growing team. This role will report directly to the HR Lead and will provide both HR and administrative support on a day-to-day basis.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide administrative support which includes new hire enrollment, administering all areas of day-to-day operations, benefits, and more.Payroll administration.Maintain compliance with laws and regulations.Processing and keeping track of leave requests. (FMLA, ADA, STD)Data entry.Prepare monthly new hire and other HR reports.Assist with new hire orientation and paperwork.Respond to Internal and External HR Relates inquiries.Coordinate employment functions such as unemployment claims, employee letters, drug screening and background checks.Record keeping.Assist HR and supervisors with performance management procedures.Provide excellent customer service to the employees, leadership, and Human Resource team in the field.Schedule meetings and HR events; coordinate training sessions.Complete special projects and other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Bi-Lingual English/Spanish a must.Excellent communication skills.Strong detail orientation and organizational skills.Prior manufacturing experience preferred.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint software and applications.
