Automotive Receptionist

Gainesville Nissan is looking for a full time and a part time Receptionist to come be a part of our team!The Receptionist will receive calls at our auto dealership, determine the nature of their business and direct callers to their destination. The Receptionist will also answer basic inquiries, route incoming calls, take messages and provide basic information to all callers. This position is responsible for scanning documents and maintaining files.To perform this job successfully, candidates must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions, have strong verbal and written communication skills and provide exceptional customer service to customers.
