Human Resources Assistant

will assist in a variety of human resources activities, including but not limited to recruiting, training, payroll, benefits, and employee relations.

The Human resource assistant will primarily be involved with recruiting and onboarding medical staff and all other candidate service need for Tridant Solutions, Inc. This includes verifying credentials, previous work history, criminal background checks, etc. The Human Resources assistant will assist senior staff with accomplishing additional human resource objectives/ projects as assigned. This includes but is not limited to creating/implementing approved process flows and standard operating procedures, employee engagement programs/ training and development, research, obtaining documents, record keeping, forwarding information, document management, and explaining basic human resource-related questions under the guidance of senior staff. This position is full-time.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assists in delivering company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirementsAssists with employee-relations activities and programs including but not limited to employee counseling, interpretation of policies, new employee orientation, and employee recognition programsAssists in identifying potential employee-relations issues and making recommendations to managementAssists with developing programs to attract qualified candidates through the design and placement of position announcements, advertising, and/or participation in job fairs.Assists with recruiting and interviewing candidatesAssists with the initial hiring process, including but not limited to conducting background and reference checks, negotiating salary offers, issuing job confirmation letters, and other internal communicationConducts exit interviews with employees; communicate findings to SR managementAssists with training sessions and provides support and problem resolutionAssists with the distribution and communication of projects including but not limited to the Employee Policy Handbook, 401(k), open enrollment, AAP, EEOC, and employee engagement & recognition programsUpdates and tracks certifications & processes re-certificationsAssists with HR document managementAssists with research for workers comp, employment verifications, employee requests, insurance claims, etc.Assists in the administration of company compensation and benefits programsPerforms other related duties as assigned by SR managementQUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Human Resources, Business OR a related fieldOR in lieu of a degree, 3 -5 years of related work experience in an administrative capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum 2 Years' experience using Microsoft Suite (i.e., Excel, word, outlook, etc.), AND Adobe Acrobat programsMinimum 1 year of medical recruiting experience required.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsMinimum 1 year using an HRIS & ATS system (ADP, PAYCOM, GUSTO)Must be able to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from diverse backgrounds.Must understand how to maintain confidentiality.Must know how to relate and adhere to company policy & procedurePreferred a professional certification in one of the following:

This is a hybrid position with operating hours of Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST, (1-hour lunch) (*May be required to work some weekend days when meeting deadlines)Salary:
