We are seeking a Client Services Representative at our Rocky River location.
The Client Services Representative serves as a liaison between our clients and the call center staff. They provide supportive positive services both internally and externally to resolve issues. Provide administrative support and processing for call center staff.
Key Accountabilities:
Correspond with clients in a professional manner via phone, email, and faxManage client accounts which requiresanalyzing accounts to resolve balance discrepanciesdata entryposting payments and adjustmentsRequest itemized bills from clientsVerify insurance eligibilityResearch and retrieve information from client sitesInspect bankruptcy notificationsGenerate client reportsPerform all other duties assigned by manager
Qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Demonstrates commitment to exceptional professionalism, confidentiality, and service to customers.
- Superb communication and customer service skills -Ability to work effectively as a team member
-Good interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships with clients.
-Ability to identify and solve problems.
-Exceptional organizational, time management, and planning skills.
-HS Diploma/GED Required
-Knowledge of HIPAA, Medicaid, Medicare, Insurance and FDCPA is a plus
