We are seeking candidates with prior product and software development leadership experience to:
Lead multiple complex projectsParticipate in software and hardware technical reviewsDevelop and manage the completion of customer documentation for software deliverablesHave prior experience in complex engineering product and electrical, mechanical, and software developmentEnsure customer and internal project requirements are documented, planned, implemented, and testedResponsible for communication and escalation of key issues affecting: cost, quality, timing, resources, risk, technical trade-offs, etc. to managementMeet key internal and customer milestone datesHave a high level of organization skills and attention to detailSkills in communication, project scheduling, and management of softwareExperience with mature product/ software development processesLead software project team meetings (Scrums and Release Planning)Experienced with blending Agile and Waterfall Program ManagementRequired Skills
5+ years experience in a embedded engineering environmentDemonstrated ability to lead multiple complex projectsSkills in communication, project scheduling, and management of software and complex productsDesired Skills & Experience
Automotive IndustryPMP and/or Scrum CertificationExperienced with blending Agile and Waterfall Program Management
