**Workers Compensation Coordinator/Assistant Manager**Clinical Services Collierville, Tennessee Minimum Experience **Mid-level**Business Health Solutions, PC, a leader in Occupational Health and Environmental Nursing is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Coordinator/Assistant Manager to become part of our team to serve a valued customer based in Collierville, Tennessee. The valued team member is responsible for delivery of customer requirements, expectations, and services which include:* Clinical Care Services dealing with work-related and personal medical conditions;* COVID Case Management;* Case Management for work-related and personal cases;* Coordinating EHS and Operations with Incident Reviews of Cases;* Maintaining and assisting with EHS Databases;* Health Assessment, New Hire Reviews, and Medical Surveillance;* Records Management;* Working knowledge of Workers Compensation, Short-Term Disability, and FMLA; and* Assisting with staff management, training, and shared on-call responsibilities with the manager and other coordinator.Primary schedule of Monday - Friday day time hours. Rotating call with manager and additional coordinator.The ideal candidate will possess:* Current active compact license as a RN to practice in the state of Tennessee;* Bachelor Degree in Nursing (OHN) or equivalent desirable;* Certification in Occupational Health Nursing desirable;* BLCS Certification required;* Three to five years experience in nursing with experience in Occupational Health; and* Strong Interpersonal Skills.Competitive salary and benefits offered.
