Job Description
ASRC Agile Decision Systems is a premier provider of systems engineering, software engineering, system integration and project management services for real-time, mission-critical defense systems.
We are seeking highly motivated System Integration Engineer to support opportunities in Moorestown, NJ.
Responsibilities:
Work in a collaborative team providing Integration and Test support for the development and sustainment of Mission Critical Real-Time Systems, performing the following tasks:
Collaborate with integration, test, performance, systems, software engineering and managementDrive all integration, application, and system issues to closureExecute software integration plan, track and report progress by conducting focused integration testing for system and application changesOperate using agile software delivery methodologyWrite, execute, and maintain integration plans for both new capability and existing capabilitySupport the test engineering, development teams and customers, both internal and external.Provided immediate feedback to engineers regarding integration issuesIdentify, document, report, and track issues with the software, hardware, and related systems and perform root cause analysis of issuesParticipate in Agile/Scrum meetingsReview, interpret, an understand system requirementsIntegrate across multiple platforms/baselines for both regression and new functionalitiesDevelop scripts to support lab operation and test scenariosCapture debug and diagnostic information for identified issues to facilitate software and systems engineering's resolution of issuesConduct, facilitate, and support formal and informal test eventsSupport on/off-site installations and test eventsIdentify and communicate product and project risks and opportunitiesAbility to collaborate, engage, and effectively communicate within a team and managementRequirements
Bachelor degree (in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related field) or equivalent related work experienceUS Citizenship to obtain and maintain a security clearance5 - 8 years of experience in system engineering/integrationOperating environment experience relating to networks, kernels and securityNetwork skills relating to routing and switchingPerformance Tools, we use SplunkEnthusiastic about building test suites and integrating with hardwareKnowledge of Continuous Integration and Automated Test methodologiesKnowledge of CMMI Life Cycle Processes and ProceduresExperience working in a LINUX or UNIX environmentExperience in scripting in Bash, shell, Python, or Perl a plusExperience with the following tools is a plus:
JIRA (Issue and bug tracking tool)Confluence (Collaboration tool)Data Distribution Service (DDS)Jenkins (Continuous Integration tool)GitLab
