Job Description AOG Buyer Expeditor ( **Job Number:**299107 ) **Description****JOB SUMMARY:**The AOG Buyer Expeditor is responsible for managing the AOG and Flight Critical spare part demands for each domestic and international expedite board requests.**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**- Manage a dedicated Expedite Board to support all AOG customers.- Works closely with the Parts department personnel.- Will be required to perform research in One View as well as working with the Spares master to set up new part numbers and aid in the process of revising current part numbers.- Requires the ability to accurately and quickly identify alternate solutions to issues when the required part is not readily available.- Manage customer sales orders in Lawson and BSAP.- Daily contact with production personnel for make orders and completion schedules.- Create and manage purchase orders.- Responsible for interfacing with a multitude of vendors on behalf TAPD.- Purchase / Make / Alternates / Supercedures for AOG parts ordered.- Create direct ship purchase orders on behalf of the customers.- Coordinate any special shipping arrangements with the vendor and the appropriate shipping service provider.Take your career higher at Textron Aviation.Competitive starting salaries with growth potentialHealth benefits beginning day oneTuition assistance and continuing education programs12-paid holidays a yearPaid parental leave optionsA new career awaits.**Qualifications****EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:*** Bachelors degree is required.* Level will be determined based on relevant experience.* Knowledge of BSAP, CSAP, and Lawson is preferred.* MRP & Planning background is preferred.**QUALIFICATIONS:*** Strong organization and communication skills.* Thorough and complete knowledge of BSAP, CSAP, and Lawson.* Thorough understanding of how to perform research in the Beech IML and Cessna EEDS system and blueprint experience.* Ability to act with a sense of urgency with strategic intent.* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.* Ability to tactfully influence and persuade to interface effectively over a broad range of company functions.Pay Transparency Policy Statement The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
